被名食評人Joanne Kates評定為: “2012多倫多Top 100餐廳”中嘅第五名. 能夠當選咁高名次, 絕對有過人之處!! 佢提供正宗的西班牙小吃 Tapas, 地方唔大, 但勝在菜式精緻, 味道可口, 當然因為佢係西班牙菜, 所以口味偏重一點… 但用嚟佐酒絕對一流, 所以餐廳提供好多唔同類型嘅酒俾大家選擇. 溫馨提示: 如果要吃得飽的話, 晚餐平均每人要叫3~5款小食.
Cava Charcuteria: 包含1) Mortadella; 2) Chorizo; 3) Bresaola; 4) Chicken Liver & Frois Gras Mousse. 其中雞肝加鵝肝, 是一個較新的吃法. 入口絕不感冰冷, 帶點輕輕嘅羶香味,質感非常幼細.
Supergilda: 沙甸魚煎得都夠香口, 連骨也可以一起吃掉, 比平時沙甸魚魚鯹味較輕. 襯托著香脆的麵包底 & 橄欖, 複雜的層次及味道匯聚係舌齒間, 令味蕾有多重享受.
Eggplant w/ Queso Freso, Honey & Tomatillo Sauce: 茄子外脆內軟, 非常Juicy. 而且木魚嘅鮮味, 加上淡淡蜜糖嘅甜香味, 令人想不停食~ 不停食~
Beef Tripe Basquaise: 牛肚炆得入味, 但味道偏濃的一道菜. 加埋三角豆, 微辣味調得啱啱好, 但又唔唔會蓋過牛肚的味道.
Milk & Dark Cholocates: 結帳時會送上2 款朱古力. 其中濃度十足嘅黑朱古力, 加埋海鹽吊味, 令咸苦味相互淡化調和. 從而使得界於咸與苦之間的香味更加容易感受到.
