<p><strong>【會席料理】簡介</strong></p>
<p><em>發源於十七世紀的江戶時代，是當時武士在宴客時所用的料理。江戶初期以後，由於承平近三百年之久，身為政權核心的武士偃武習文下，因此在與他人聚會時，暢談的內容也多為賦古吟詩，這種風雅的主題聚會，自然不能沒有美酒、美食，這種宴樂形式，進而演變成稱之為「會席」的獨特宴客料理。會席料理不像本膳料理般的注重禮儀形式，吃法也較自由，以輕鬆的方式來享受食物的美味，可謂是會席料理最大特點。因此凡是不受形式規定約束的宴席料理，現今在日本都稱為會席料理。</em></p>

<p>聽聞 <strong>Duo</strong> 擁有全城唯一一部來自於意大利的 build-in 咖啡機，投資不菲，肯定店主是好此道兼有要求，因此它的咖啡出品也非常不俗。另外，店內 custard 是每日新鮮製作，為求呈現出 super creamy 的口感，師傅會把 custard 攪拌一小時，絕對誠意十足。總括來說，<strong>Duo</strong> 的食物出品水準屬較高一類&#8230;  所以非常期待它倆三星期後正式開業，到時肯定會再去試試更多產品。</p>

<p>近年來北美都捲起一股「清酒熱」，所以『加拿大安省清酒協會 SIO』藉此在 Shibui Robata Bar 舉辦了一個小型祝慶會，務求令清酒愛好者能嘗試到多款較特別的酒&#8230;. 總括而言，美酒佳餚&#8230;.超棒!!</p>

<p>頭盤點了Hamachi Ceviche 、Sashimi Platter、Amakara Chicken Wings &amp; Nikomi Beef Ribs&#8230;.  我們的總論是它的「魚生類」菜式有待改善&#8230;.   Hamachi Ceviche 是南美 fusion 菜式，主要是用果酸把魚醃熟，因為它把 Hamachi 切得太薄，果酸令 Hamachi 的肉質變得有點霉，不夠爽口，但它的配汁味道很好很開胃。Sashimi Platter 的魚生貌似新鮮，但入口無味&#8230;  Shrimp Maki 的飯是混入漬物卷成，味道帶點微酸，有點像紫蘇葉味，而蝦是用脆漿炸了再醮上類似 Spicy Salmon 的辣醬汁，別有一番風味。另外，雞翅膀外層粘上麵包糠用油炸，肉很嫩，醬汁也非常可口，可惜敗筆在於那醬汁把本來脆脆的表面弄稔了。最後一道頭盤終於有驚喜，燉煮牛肋軟骨，QQ的，嚼起來香味四溢，那濃濃的醬汁微甜，非常惹味&#8230;正!!</p>

<p>頭盤過後， 當然要點它的拿手菜式『爐端燒』，因為選擇不多，我們本來打算全點的&#8230;.  可惜又是材料欠奉，無緣吃到它的 Sea Bass &amp; Filet Mignon。老實說，它掌握火候技術真的有一手，所有食物都燒至剛剛好，而且還隱隱帶著炭香味，唯一是燒蕃薯，其中有倆片乾了一點點。Rib Eye &amp; 羊架味道也不錯，外面微微焦香，內裡肉汁豐富，只可惜加入太多「七味粉」在 Rib Eye 表面，把原有的牛扒鮮味掩蓋了&#8230; too bad~   厚切 Pork Belly，油香四溢，入口卻一點肥膩的感覺也沒有。另外，Back Cod 用 miso 調味，帶微甜，表面燒至金黃，肉質鮮嫩&#8230; Oshii~   總括來說，食物賣相一流，頭盤的醬汁味道配搭真的不俗，「魚生類」菜式可以放棄不點&#8230;  而『爐端燒』菜式火候拿揑很好，大部份的味道也OK&#8230;.. 只不過價格定位有點偏高。</p>
