<p>頭盤 &amp; 主菜的上菜時間都控制OK，但餐後則等了很久才能找到待應 Order 甜品&#8230;.</p>
<p>總括來說，以 Paul Bohmer 的入廚經驗，我對他的 Expectation 當然會相應提高&#8230; 所以之他的出品來說&#8230;.水準算是一般，沒有帶來太大驚喜，而價錢則略嫌有點貴&#8230;  但勝在環境佈置我蠻喜歡，所以絕對會重臨!!</p>

<p>我們當日選了「Tastes of Spring」~ 3 course&#8230;.  一如以往的高級餐廳，它們會先送上不同款式的麵包，然後再奉上 3 款少少的頭盤作序幕&#8230;&#8230;..  跟著便是我們所點的每人三道菜，份量十足，但眼寬肚窄 &amp; 貪心的我們堅持再 order 多一份以 Citrus 為主的甜品!!  餐後，侍應再端上「自家製棉花糖」&amp;「Petit Four」 作終結&#8230;.. <em><strong>通常法國餐不管你有沒有點甜品，它們都會飯後端出 Petite Four 的</strong></em>。</p>

<p>總括來說，Jean-Georges 是一餐加進入了亞洲烹調原素的法式 Fusion 菜。可能對大部份的外國人來說驚喜會較大，但對我們熟悉亞洲口味的人來說&#8230; 卻沒有那麼震撼。當然它的菜式創意設計 &amp; 味道都是上乘之作&#8230;. 絕對藉得一試!!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>三文魚生蠔他他: </strong> 一般的 Tartar 菜式, 都會加入生蛋攪拌來吃，務求提高肉質的濕潤度，不口會有太乾的感覺。但可能最近 H7N9 禽流感的關係，所以餐廳棄用蛋&#8230; 取而代之選用了生蠔。這個配搭頗為新鮮，而且生蠔黏黏滑滑的口感，絕對可以營造到蛋所產生的效果。</p>
<p><strong>海膽脆包: </strong> 海膽加上柚子汁，一路以來都是絕配，這次再加了脆脆的包作底，增加了不同層次的口感&#8230;. Very Good!!</p>
<p><strong>「自家製棉花糖」:</strong>  鬆軟中略帶嚼勁，帶著 Vanilla 的芬芳，而且還感受到磨碎後那微細一粒粒的 Vanilla Bean&#8230;.. 真是越簡單的菜式越顯真功夫。</p>

<p>食物方面，它走的是 Fushion 風， Menu充滿了有很多不同款式的日韓佐酒小吃，味道不俗。個人認為它的出品比 Hapa 或 Momofuku 更有特色 &amp; 味道較好。另外，Sang Kim用他的江湖地位， 邀得幾位多倫多的名廚，如 Francisco Alejandri (@ Agave y Aguacate)、Rossy Earle (@ SupiCucu) &amp; Matthew Basile (@ Fidel Gastro)等，設計特色串燒。雖然它的串燒並不是用炭燒，因此缺少了炭燒的獨特香味，但因配搭了各名廚的秘製醬汁，味道都相當不俗。</p>

<p>以佐酒小吃來說，它的份量不算少，當然如果男生要把它當正餐的話，那就需要叫那些飽肚的食物如 Buttercup Squash Spicy Duk Bok Ki (賣相很特別的) &amp; Kimchi Poutine等。本來和朋友想點鱷魚串燒，可惜當晚缺貨&#8230; 要下次再能品嚐了。不得不提，它的炆牛尾非常稔 &amp;入味，一籤即破，完全不用花牙力去咀嚼，而且用那些Spinach蘸充滿牛肉味的醬汁，十分可口。串燒方面，如果您喜歡肥肉香的話，那最好選 Grilled Roast Pork ，它應該是鹵後再燒，所以肉汁比較多, 入口特別甘香。反次，當晚的 Pork Belly 則略乾，吃不出味道&#8230;.. 另外, 它的燒雞腎亦屬麻麻，因切得太細，而且燒得較乾，淡而無味, 所以如果能加上海鹽燒的話，味道一定大大改變。總括來說，「串燒」我還是喜歡鹽燒多於醬燒，因為可以嚐到真正味道。</p>
<p><em>溫馨提示:  串燒適宜即燒即吃，所以大家最好分開數次 Order，以免冷了不好吃。</em></p>
