<p>頭盤點了Hamachi Ceviche 、Sashimi Platter、Amakara Chicken Wings &amp; Nikomi Beef Ribs&#8230;.  我們的總論是它的「魚生類」菜式有待改善&#8230;.   Hamachi Ceviche 是南美 fusion 菜式，主要是用果酸把魚醃熟，因為它把 Hamachi 切得太薄，果酸令 Hamachi 的肉質變得有點霉，不夠爽口，但它的配汁味道很好很開胃。Sashimi Platter 的魚生貌似新鮮，但入口無味&#8230;  Shrimp Maki 的飯是混入漬物卷成，味道帶點微酸，有點像紫蘇葉味，而蝦是用脆漿炸了再醮上類似 Spicy Salmon 的辣醬汁，別有一番風味。另外，雞翅膀外層粘上麵包糠用油炸，肉很嫩，醬汁也非常可口，可惜敗筆在於那醬汁把本來脆脆的表面弄稔了。最後一道頭盤終於有驚喜，燉煮牛肋軟骨，QQ的，嚼起來香味四溢，那濃濃的醬汁微甜，非常惹味&#8230;正!!</p>

<p>頭盤過後， 當然要點它的拿手菜式『爐端燒』，因為選擇不多，我們本來打算全點的&#8230;.  可惜又是材料欠奉，無緣吃到它的 Sea Bass &amp; Filet Mignon。老實說，它掌握火候技術真的有一手，所有食物都燒至剛剛好，而且還隱隱帶著炭香味，唯一是燒蕃薯，其中有倆片乾了一點點。Rib Eye &amp; 羊架味道也不錯，外面微微焦香，內裡肉汁豐富，只可惜加入太多「七味粉」在 Rib Eye 表面，把原有的牛扒鮮味掩蓋了&#8230; too bad~   厚切 Pork Belly，油香四溢，入口卻一點肥膩的感覺也沒有。另外，Back Cod 用 miso 調味，帶微甜，表面燒至金黃，肉質鮮嫩&#8230; Oshii~   總括來說，食物賣相一流，頭盤的醬汁味道配搭真的不俗，「魚生類」菜式可以放棄不點&#8230;  而『爐端燒』菜式火候拿揑很好，大部份的味道也OK&#8230;.. 只不過價格定位有點偏高。</p>

<p><strong>是晚點選菜式 Highlight</strong></p>
<p><strong>Takowasa :</strong>  用鹽醋醃製新鮮的山葵葉 &amp; 根，配上醋漬八爪魚，用來佐酒一流。山葵的爽，加上八爪魚的嚼頭，口感Perfect!!  通常多倫多的餐廳都是用現成 Wasabi 醬來做的，很少會採用鮮山葵。淡淡辛辣，帶有微甜，不會過分嗆辣，獨特的滋味，非一般現成牙膏型 Wasabi 能及。</p>
<p><strong>Aburi Cured Mackerel:</strong> 侍應生當場炙燒鯖魚表皮，烤過後帶有陣陣焦香 &amp; 油香，半熟的魚肉非常幼滑，醋漬的酸味鮮明，味道剛剛好。</p>
<p><strong>Okonomi-Yaki:</strong>  有點像「廣島 Style」燒餅，因為除有雞蛋、麵粉、豬腩肉片 &amp; 椰菜絲外，它還加入炒麵作餡料。餅煎得剛剛好，既不乾又不濕較結實，面層還鋪滿木魚乾、香蔥、子薑、日式 Mayonnaise <strong><em>(蛋黃醬)</em></strong> &amp; 自家製醬汁。層次豐富，而且秘製醬汁香濃&#8230;. 正!!</p>
<p><strong>Nejibee&#8217;s Keichan-Yaki: </strong> 鐵板燒雞脾肉，肉質嫩滑，保存肉汁，非常 Juicy，再加上秘製醬汁，十分惹味&#8230;. 雖油份偏多，但一點也不膩，一個不錯的招牌菜~</p>
<p><strong>Grilled Eel: </strong> 好大塊鰻魚肉，魚身厚，醬汁香，但略嫌燒得不夠焦香，有一點失色。</p>
<p><strong>Grilled Chicken Wings:</strong>  Baby size 雞翅膀，太細小，而且味道平平。</p>
<p><strong>Karaage:</strong>  炸雞件外脆內嫩，肉汁豐富，調味剛剛好，而且每一塊都頗大件。</p>
