<p><strong>【會席料理】簡介</strong></p>
<p><em>發源於十七世紀的江戶時代，是當時武士在宴客時所用的料理。江戶初期以後，由於承平近三百年之久，身為政權核心的武士偃武習文下，因此在與他人聚會時，暢談的內容也多為賦古吟詩，這種風雅的主題聚會，自然不能沒有美酒、美食，這種宴樂形式，進而演變成稱之為「會席」的獨特宴客料理。會席料理不像本膳料理般的注重禮儀形式，吃法也較自由，以輕鬆的方式來享受食物的美味，可謂是會席料理最大特點。因此凡是不受形式規定約束的宴席料理，現今在日本都稱為會席料理。</em></p>

<p>位於 Church / Wellesly 的 <strong>Kintaro 鳥燒居酒屋</strong> 開張才倆個月，愛吃日本菜的我當然一定要去試試 。老實說，它的食物出品無甚驚喜，屬一般水平&#8230; No <strong>&#8220;WOW&#8221;</strong> Factor。尤其不太喜歡它的炸物，因為採用了脆漿&#8230; 不是我杯茶。 串燒亦是 Comme Ci Comme Ca，缺乏炭燒的那種香味&#8230; <strong>Zakkushi</strong>、<strong>Don Don</strong> &amp; <strong>Ju </strong>絕對比它強多了~</p>

<p>雖然 <strong>Kintaro</strong> 的食品並不出色，但它那 Polar Beer 【KIRIN 麒麟一番搾 Frozen Beer】絕對令它加分不少。</p>
<p>Frozen Beer 一推出市場已風靡多個國家 (六月時已殺入香港)，它以最新冷涷技術，將啤酒打成零下5度的幼滑泡沫，猶如軟雪糕狀的冰凍泡泡，形成冰蓋般，放在啤酒上，增強保冷持續性至 20 分鐘。呷一啖入口，有點像思樂冰，連同啤酒一起喝，感覺特別冰涼!!   我嘗試慢慢飲，果然30分鐘後依然入口Cool&#8230; 絕對沒有『凍啤』變『熱啤』的無奈~  對值得推介，夏天享用的話肯定更爽!!</p>

<p><strong>是晚點選菜式 Highlight</strong></p>
<p><strong>Takowasa :</strong>  用鹽醋醃製新鮮的山葵葉 &amp; 根，配上醋漬八爪魚，用來佐酒一流。山葵的爽，加上八爪魚的嚼頭，口感Perfect!!  通常多倫多的餐廳都是用現成 Wasabi 醬來做的，很少會採用鮮山葵。淡淡辛辣，帶有微甜，不會過分嗆辣，獨特的滋味，非一般現成牙膏型 Wasabi 能及。</p>
<p><strong>Aburi Cured Mackerel:</strong> 侍應生當場炙燒鯖魚表皮，烤過後帶有陣陣焦香 &amp; 油香，半熟的魚肉非常幼滑，醋漬的酸味鮮明，味道剛剛好。</p>
<p><strong>Okonomi-Yaki:</strong>  有點像「廣島 Style」燒餅，因為除有雞蛋、麵粉、豬腩肉片 &amp; 椰菜絲外，它還加入炒麵作餡料。餅煎得剛剛好，既不乾又不濕較結實，面層還鋪滿木魚乾、香蔥、子薑、日式 Mayonnaise <strong><em>(蛋黃醬)</em></strong> &amp; 自家製醬汁。層次豐富，而且秘製醬汁香濃&#8230;. 正!!</p>
<p><strong>Nejibee&#8217;s Keichan-Yaki: </strong> 鐵板燒雞脾肉，肉質嫩滑，保存肉汁，非常 Juicy，再加上秘製醬汁，十分惹味&#8230;. 雖油份偏多，但一點也不膩，一個不錯的招牌菜~</p>
<p><strong>Grilled Eel: </strong> 好大塊鰻魚肉，魚身厚，醬汁香，但略嫌燒得不夠焦香，有一點失色。</p>
<p><strong>Grilled Chicken Wings:</strong>  Baby size 雞翅膀，太細小，而且味道平平。</p>
<p><strong>Karaage:</strong>  炸雞件外脆內嫩，肉汁豐富，調味剛剛好，而且每一塊都頗大件。</p>

		<description><![CDATA[朋友生日小聚，想吃較正宗的日本串燒，但又不想到 Downtown&#8230;&#8230; 所以馬上想起 J-Twon 裡專營炭火燒 (Sumibiyaki) 的 Izakaya Ju!!    近倆年，日式居酒屋一間接一間的在多倫多開張，貪新鮮四處覓食的我，已有一段時間沒有到 Ju 了~   今次再來時，發現它的 Menu 多了不少新菜式。 &#160; Ju 的炭火串燒功力是不容置疑，相對很多競爭者，它的出品算是非常穩定!!  除了串燒之外，它的熟食亦相當不俗，尤其那大人小孩都喜愛的 Osaka 炒飯 &#38; 雞翼餃子!!  而當天最令我驚喜的是那原隻 Surf Clam 魚生片 (蛤蜊 / 北寄貝)。 &#160; 雞翼餃子:  將雞翼拔走骨頭後，在內裡真空位置釀入豬肉、九菜 &#38; 白菜等餡料。雞皮表面香脆，沒有過多的油份，內裡 Juicy&#8230;. 而且絕對適合懶處理骨頭的朋友!! 大板炒飯:  飯身乾爽，加入玉米粒、蔥粒、魷魚粒 &#38; 蛋等配料&#8230;. 然後再加上燒醬汁&#38;日式美奶滋 (Mayonnaise)，香味十足。每次光顧的必點菜式之一!!
