		<description><![CDATA[在網上搜索法國菜時，無意發現一家新開的餐廳是以「Burgendy」味道作賣點。大廚 Adrien Bailleux 是來自 Burgendy 區的首府 Dijon ，從小便跟祖母習廚，後來機緣之下被 Michelin 星級大廚 Master Le Divellec 發掘 &#38; 指導多年，最近移居多倫多開設餐廳。我當然不會放過嚐新東西的機會，所以馬上邀約我家倆老一齊去試試。 &#160; 餐廳位於 Bayview &#38; Eglington 附近，地方雖少，但擁有落地玻璃摺門，採光一流。室內裝潢有點像酒窖，可能是為配合 Burgendy 是盛產酒的原故吧。環境舒服，沒有一般法國餐廳的拘謹。當天晚上剛好有 Special Prix-Fix Menu，以免傷腦筋，我們便選了它，額外還點了杯用champagne 混橙汁的「Mimosa」，入口清爽，絕對能刺激食慾，而且與我們的菜式非常匹配。我蠻喜歡它的頭盤:  帶子鮮甜、芝士 brioche 鬆軟 &#38; truffle 牛油配麵包香。另外，它那鵝肝 ginger bread 配搭清新的果醬，中和鵝肝膩的感覺&#8230;  反而有點越吃越開胃。相反，龍蝦湯較為失色，腥味較重，而且它屬稀的那種，唯一加分是有啖啖的鮮龍蝦肉。主菜羊肉 &#38; Sea Bass 都中規中矩之作&#8230;   最後甜品是有誠意的，只不過不是我杯茶，marbel cake 中心夾了用 3 種水果打成的果泥醬 (coulis)，一點也不甜，而且作為飯後甜品，它份量也頗大。總括來說，水準不俗，下次再來時，我要試試它的 Burgendy Style的「野生蝸牛」、「 Ham Terrine (凍肉)」&#38; 「牛肉 Polenta (玉米糊)」。 &#160; &#160; 地址:  La Croisee &#8230; </p><p><a class="more-link block-button" href="http://www.360taste.com/blog/?p=3444">Continue reading &#187;</a>]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[週末早上到 ROM 花了倆個多小時參觀了『紫垣擷珍』清文化展後，當然要在附近 Yorkvill 區覓食補充體力啦!!  在網上搜索一輪後，最後決定試試 Jacques Bistro Du Parc。選它的原因非常簡單，因為它在區內已經有 36 年歷史，而且在各大飲食傳媒中口碑甚高。老實說，餐廳小店能在這個競爭激烈 &#38; 汰弱留強的時代，還能迄立不倒真是不容易。它位於 Cumberland St 上小屋二樓的法式小餐廳，地方很少，只能容納 20 ~ 30人，所以最好預先訂座。它是夫婦二人家庭式經營，服務生大多數說法文，但他們也會用充滿法式口音的英語與你對話，有點像到了Montreal 的感覺。 &#160; 我們點了它出名的 Omeletes，三款不同餡料，雖然賣相相約，但味道截然不同。龍蝦 Omelete 啖啖新鮮龍蝦肉，絕不欺場，芝士份量適中，不會感得太膩。另外雞肝醬蘑菇 Omelete 惹味，它倆配搭簡直是 Perfect Match，這是在一般餐廳較少有的菜式。最後新鮮煙肉蘑菇洋蔥 Omeletes，新鮮煙肉份量十足，也十分好味，唯一問題是略油了一點點。主角 Omelete 火喉控制剛剛好，奶 &#38; 雞蛋份量又恰到好處，非常嫩滑。其實餐廳另一出名菜式是「法式洋蔥湯」，雖然我們沒有 Order (怕吃不下那麼多)，但看到鄰座的也不禁口水出，厚厚的芝士蓋面，內裡超多洋蔥，香味濃郁四散，相信味道應該不錯的&#8230;.  唯有下次去再點吧~ &#160; &#160; 地址:  Jacques Bistro Du Parc @ 2nd Fl, 126 Cumberland St, Toronto ON (www.jacquesbistro.com) 人均消費:  &#8230; </p><p><a class="more-link block-button" href="http://www.360taste.com/blog/?p=3418">Continue reading &#187;</a>]]></description>

<p>點菜的時侯，餐廳東主Eduardo Riviezzi 細心解釋 Menu 及食物份量，可能因為網上有很多 Review 都是圍繞 &#8220;份量少&#8221; 和 &#8220;Overprice&#8221; 的原故吧~    我們一行五人點了一個 3 人份 IBIZA Preset  套餐、Crab Cake、燒八爪魚、燒沙甸魚，本來還額外加了2人份的 Paella，幸好老闆娘見我們吃不完那麼多東西，所以自動幫我們 Cancel 了。</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>餐廳走「家庭風味」，所以伴碟欠奉。為求健康，它棄用牛油，選用橄欖油烹調，而且著重 Homemade，減少用現成貨。好像餐前麵包都是自家調配麵粉份量及烘焙&#8230;.  但當中亦有例外 ~ 雪糕!!  味道方面，當然亦是帶著 &#8220;家&#8221; 的感覺，實而不華。份量亦不是 Forum 說的那麼少，起碼我們吃不完所點的菜，而且價錢和其他餐廳的 Tapas 相約。</p>

<p>飯後 Eduardo 更拉著我們聊天，特別是說到那 Churros，他更自豪地說是「全成最好吃」的!!  之後還分享他對酒的心得，而且更帶我們去參觀他的藏酒室&#8230;. 裡面很多珍藏，尤其以Spain &amp; Chile 的冷門的酒較多，所以愛酒之人不要錯過呀~  當晚因為 Eduardo 的健談，使我們成為當晚最後離開的客人。</p>

<p><strong>是晚菜式 Highlight:</strong></p>
<p><strong>燒沙甸魚:</strong>  魚的 Size 比想像中大，表面焦香，但內裡仍然 Juicey，而且不苦不腥。蘸著橄欖油吃，感覺不錯。</p>
<p><strong>燒帶子:</strong> 帶子夠厚，配上Saffron (番紅花)汁，其獨特濃郁的香味，把本來平平無奇的帶子生色不少。</p>
<p><strong>Chicken &amp; Sausage Croquettes: </strong> 雞肉粒、香腸粒 &amp; 薯蓉混在一起炸，外表金黃，不油膩，內裡非常 Creamy，沒太多調味，入口味道較淡，但肉味一點都不突出。</p>
<p><strong>燒乳豬:</strong>  乳豬皮燒至光滑，脆中帶點硬，肥膏欠奉，與港式的芝麻皮不一樣。肉又軟又腍，但有&#8221;豬酥味&#8221;，不過大部份在北美能吃到的豬肉一般&#8221;酥&#8221;味都是較重的。</p>
<p><strong>西班牙海鮮飯 <em>(套餐3人份)</em>: </strong> 永遠是最有份量又最驚喜的西班牙菜，一大盤的，已包含了多款海鮮，有魚、魷魚、蝦及青口，材料非常豐富，很鮮美。這種米吸水力較強，所以加入上湯及蕃茄去煮，每粒飯也吸滿了倆者精華，所以顏色亦比較深。整體來說，它的飯略硬了些，而且海鮮比例過多。</p>
<p><strong>Churros:</strong>  不得不提那傳統西班牙甜品 Churros，真的非常好吃，有點像炸 Donut 條，質感十分軟身，香脆內軟，本身帶有不錯的奶香味，沾滿砂糖，再蘸點 Caramel 來吃，不錯不錯，而且吃起一點都不油膩。可稱得上我全晚的至愛。</p>

<p>不可不提的 Via Allegro 的 Risotto 亦在比賽中榮獲《Golden Spoon》名銜&#8230; 是一個必試的菜式!!  這道 Golden Spoon Risotto 內有鴨肉、Foie Gras Cream、特選葡萄 &amp; Balsamic 醋等烹調，入口Creamy，咬下去有嚼頭但不硬，而且Balsamic 醋 &amp; 葡萄發揮作效，除提昇 Risotto 的甜 &amp; 香味之外，還有減低它膩的感覺~</p>

<p><strong>Alla Leonardo 白酒海鮮意粉:</strong>  意粉應該是用爆香了的蒜蓉，再加上橄欖油輕炒過，所以特別乾身。而且白酒份量適中，不會蓋過意粉及海鮮的味道&#8230; 最重要是再加上少許檸檬汁，令意粉帶有淡淡檸檬香，減低平常白酒汁帶來 &#8220;膩&#8221; 的感覺。</p>

<p><strong>燒沙甸魚: </strong>本身沙甸魚是葡國菜中不可或缺的菜式.  通常沙甸魚的季節是夏天, 那時沙甸魚的肉可媲美吞拿魚.  Chiado嚴選沙甸魚, 絕對不是一般罐頭食品貨式. 這度菜, 外表焦香, 內裡細嫩, 味道非常甘香. 沒有太多骨, 而且沒有一般沙甸魚的腥味.</p>
<p><strong>燒魷魚: </strong>魷魚燒得頗香也不韌, 配以橄欖油, 傳統歐洲菜的煮法.</p>
<p><strong>燒魚:</strong>  倆款不同的魚種 (海鱸魚&amp;紅鯛), 同樣做到魚皮燒至略帶焦香, 但內裡魚肉却能同時保持鮮嫩而不失彈性.  入口絕對能感受到 Juicy 的魚鮮味&#8230;.. 由此可見廚師擁有純熟的控火功力!!  而且魚的大小份量剛剛好一人份.</p>
<p><strong>Molotof:</strong> 蛋白加點選.忌廉組成, 一個好light的甜品, 並不太甜, 非常滑, 像吃 Foam (泡沫) 一般, 很好吃. 絕對適合飯後吃的甜點.</p>
