Continue reading »]]> 一間擁有 5,000 多支不同酒款，被譽為『酒存量最多』的餐廳，相信各位愛好杯中物的朋友一定不會錯過的。Via Allegro Ristorante 位於 Etobicoke 的意大利餐廳，它的 Wine List 真的大得驚人，有點像放大了的 Bible or Law Book…. 哈哈~    裡面有很多外面較少有的珍品以供選擇….   跟據我的「屠酒」朋友鑑定，酒的價錢非常合理，相比一般餐廳的定價標準來說是較便宜。而且這些『酒』為餐廳帶來很多不同榮獲 & 關注 (可參與下面列項)。

既然『酒』為餐廳帶來「名」，當然會以它為裝潢主角~~  餐廳的酒櫃超多超大，而且還把一些名酒莊出品的空酒樽當作裝飾品，放滿餐廳四周， 令未能品嚐到「佳品」的朋友們亦能目睹它們的風采。

Via Allegro Ristorante 的食物質素亦非常之高… 我在不同場合詢問了倆位飲食界資深人仕… “Toronto 好吃的意大利餐廳”，他們不謀而合推薦 Via Allegro 的。我光顧了餐廳倆次，頭一次因腸胃炎不能進食，只能陪坐…  而朋友們邊吃邊發出不同聲響: “嘩~ 好好食”、”好香” & “Emmm~ 好味道”等…. 讚不絕口~    可憐的我只可以勉強輕嚐幾口…….   及後再去，感覺上沒第一次好，可能當晚食客教多，水準稍降。希望不是換了廚師的原故啦~

不可不提的 Via Allegro 的 Risotto 亦在比賽中榮獲《Golden Spoon》名銜… 是一個必試的菜式!!  這道 Golden Spoon Risotto 內有鴨肉、Foie Gras Cream、特選葡萄 & Balsamic 醋等烹調，入口Creamy，咬下去有嚼頭但不硬，而且Balsamic 醋 & 葡萄發揮作效，除提昇 Risotto 的甜 & 香味之外，還有減低它膩的感覺~
