		<description><![CDATA[在網上搜索法國菜時，無意發現一家新開的餐廳是以「Burgendy」味道作賣點。大廚 Adrien Bailleux 是來自 Burgendy 區的首府 Dijon ，從小便跟祖母習廚，後來機緣之下被 Michelin 星級大廚 Master Le Divellec 發掘 &#38; 指導多年，最近移居多倫多開設餐廳。我當然不會放過嚐新東西的機會，所以馬上邀約我家倆老一齊去試試。 &#160; 餐廳位於 Bayview &#38; Eglington 附近，地方雖少，但擁有落地玻璃摺門，採光一流。室內裝潢有點像酒窖，可能是為配合 Burgendy 是盛產酒的原故吧。環境舒服，沒有一般法國餐廳的拘謹。當天晚上剛好有 Special Prix-Fix Menu，以免傷腦筋，我們便選了它，額外還點了杯用champagne 混橙汁的「Mimosa」，入口清爽，絕對能刺激食慾，而且與我們的菜式非常匹配。我蠻喜歡它的頭盤:  帶子鮮甜、芝士 brioche 鬆軟 &#38; truffle 牛油配麵包香。另外，它那鵝肝 ginger bread 配搭清新的果醬，中和鵝肝膩的感覺&#8230;  反而有點越吃越開胃。相反，龍蝦湯較為失色，腥味較重，而且它屬稀的那種，唯一加分是有啖啖的鮮龍蝦肉。主菜羊肉 &#38; Sea Bass 都中規中矩之作&#8230;   最後甜品是有誠意的，只不過不是我杯茶，marbel cake 中心夾了用 3 種水果打成的果泥醬 (coulis)，一點也不甜，而且作為飯後甜品，它份量也頗大。總括來說，水準不俗，下次再來時，我要試試它的 Burgendy Style的「野生蝸牛」、「 Ham Terrine (凍肉)」&#38; 「牛肉 Polenta (玉米糊)」。 &#160; &#160; 地址:  La Croisee &#8230; </p><p><a class="more-link block-button" href="http://www.360taste.com/blog/?p=3444">Continue reading &#187;</a>]]></description>

<p>總括來說，Jean-Georges 是一餐加進入了亞洲烹調原素的法式 Fusion 菜。可能對大部份的外國人來說驚喜會較大，但對我們熟悉亞洲口味的人來說&#8230; 卻沒有那麼震撼。當然它的菜式創意設計 &amp; 味道都是上乘之作&#8230;. 絕對藉得一試!!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>三文魚生蠔他他: </strong> 一般的 Tartar 菜式, 都會加入生蛋攪拌來吃，務求提高肉質的濕潤度，不口會有太乾的感覺。但可能最近 H7N9 禽流感的關係，所以餐廳棄用蛋&#8230; 取而代之選用了生蠔。這個配搭頗為新鮮，而且生蠔黏黏滑滑的口感，絕對可以營造到蛋所產生的效果。</p>
<p><strong>海膽脆包: </strong> 海膽加上柚子汁，一路以來都是絕配，這次再加了脆脆的包作底，增加了不同層次的口感&#8230;. Very Good!!</p>
<p><strong>「自家製棉花糖」:</strong>  鬆軟中略帶嚼勁，帶著 Vanilla 的芬芳，而且還感受到磨碎後那微細一粒粒的 Vanilla Bean&#8230;.. 真是越簡單的菜式越顯真功夫。</p>

		<description><![CDATA[和朋友們打算到 Distrillery District 看看 X&#8217;mas Market，感受一下聖誕節將至的熱鬧氣氛&#8230; 在一拖再拖的情況下，我們終趕及在最後的星期六到來參觀。當然勞師動眾的到了Downtown，一定要吃一頓美味的晚餐才算完滿&#8230; 所以我們挑了在附近的 Ruby Watch Co.，雖然預先訂枱，但仍只能訂到21:00時段。  由此可知它有多受食客歡迎。 從 Ruby Watch Co 的名字看來，一點與食物都扯不上任何關係，原來餐廳東主N年前在旅遊其間，在二手市場看中了這招牌便馬上買下來，因此在她自立門戶時便把它用作為自家招牌。餐廳那麼受歡迎，當然不是因為這二手招牌&#8230;&#8230;   最主要是因為它是名廚 Lynn Crawford 主理。 Lynn有25年入廚經驗，曾是 Toronto &#38; New York 的 Four Seasons Hotel 主廚，而且更是 Food Network 人氣節目 《Pitchin&#8217;In》的主持。她經營這餐廳的宗旨是「取材本地農場，全心全意烹調」，餐廳特別之處是&#8230;. 每日只提供一個 Prix Fixe Menu，天天不同，食客不需為選吃甚麼而煩惱，一坐下便可慢慢享用: 頭盤、主菜、芝士和甜品四道菜。如果想先了解菜單，可到其網站查看，它每星期都會上載未來七日的菜式。另外，並它不是用一人一份的方式上菜&#8230; 而是像「家庭式」的一盤盤上，食客自行分配，而且分量頗大，絕對可以帶回家再吃。 &#160; 當晚菜單 Buttermilk Biscuits:  鬆餅暖暖的，充滿牛油香，而且餅身鬆軟&#8230; Yummy~ Kozlik&#8217;s Sweet &#38; Smokey Mustard Glazed Bacon Salad:  &#8230; </p><p><a class="more-link block-button" href="http://www.360taste.com/blog/?p=1000">Continue reading &#187;</a>]]></description>
				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>和朋友們打算到 Distrillery District 看看 X&#8217;mas Market，感受一下聖誕節將至的熱鬧氣氛&#8230; 在一拖再拖的情況下，我們終趕及在最後的星期六到來參觀。當然勞師動眾的到了Downtown，一定要吃一頓美味的晚餐才算完滿&#8230; 所以我們挑了在附近的 Ruby Watch Co.，雖然預先訂枱，但仍只能訂到21:00時段。  由此可知它有多受食客歡迎。</p>
<p>從 Ruby Watch Co 的名字看來，一點與食物都扯不上任何關係，原來餐廳東主N年前在旅遊其間，在二手市場看中了這招牌便馬上買下來，因此在她自立門戶時便把它用作為自家招牌。餐廳那麼受歡迎，當然不是因為這二手招牌&#8230;&#8230;   最主要是因為它是名廚 Lynn Crawford 主理。</p>
<p>Lynn有25年入廚經驗，曾是 Toronto &amp; New York 的 Four Seasons Hotel 主廚，而且更是 Food Network 人氣節目 《Pitchin&#8217;In》的主持。她經營這餐廳的宗旨是「取材本地農場，全心全意烹調」，餐廳特別之處是&#8230;. 每日只提供一個 Prix Fixe Menu，天天不同，食客不需為選吃甚麼而煩惱，一坐下便可慢慢享用: 頭盤、主菜、芝士和甜品四道菜。如果想先了解菜單，可到其網站查看，它每星期都會上載未來七日的菜式。另外，並它不是用一人一份的方式上菜&#8230; 而是像「家庭式」的一盤盤上，食客自行分配，而且分量頗大，絕對可以帶回家再吃。</p>

<p><strong>當晚菜單</strong></p>
<p><strong>Buttermilk Biscuits:</strong>  鬆餅暖暖的，充滿牛油香，而且餅身鬆軟&#8230; Yummy~</p>
<p><strong>Kozlik&#8217;s Sweet &amp; Smokey Mustard Glazed Bacon Salad:</strong>  上菜時看到煙肉厚厚硬硬的，心想這次牙齒定必受罪&#8230;. 但當用刀切下去時才發現它一點也不硬，而且表面甜甜的，有點像豬肉乾，很惹味開胃。</p>
<p><strong>Grilled Flank Steak with Black Pepper Mushroom Gravy: </strong> 肉中間呈粉紅色, 賣相吸引, 吃下去有點乾韌, 可能是一燒好便馬上切開分件，令肉汁流失封乾，不過肉味還算濃。盤中有很多混了蘑菇的肉汁，用來配薯蓉&#8230;. 很捧!!</p>
<p><strong>Canadian Artisanal Cheese:</strong>  芝士有點辣, 而且本身不太喜歡吃芝士&#8230;. for sure this is not my cup of tea。</p>
<p><strong>Chef Lora&#8217;s Chocolate Peanut Butter Tart:</strong>  每人一塊，花生味道濃郁甜膩，但配上黑巧克力的甘醇苦澀，互相中和，味道不錯&#8230;. 而那充滿咖啡味的 Cream 亦非常香滑，可惜太飽已經吃不下一整塊。</p>
