		<description><![CDATA[每次【紐約之旅】對我來說都等於【 美食之旅】，所以絕不會放過任何探索美食的機會&#8230;.  今次選定了在各大媒體都評價甚高的法式餐廳 ~ The River Café。它佔絕佳地理位置，貌似岸邊小屋，但實為「船屋」，位於 Brooklyn 橋下，從餐廳內遙望 Manhattan 的 skyline 真的很美&#8230; 而且餐廳門前種了很多色彩繽紛的鮮花，尤如一個小花園，另人心情不知不覺間放鬆。 &#160; 我們倆星期前已經網上訂位，但可能是 Sunday Brunch 的關係，我們只能訂到14:00入座。到達時，全餐廳都坐滿了人，服務生安置我們在坐窗邊附近的位置，微微的陽光射入，非常和暖舒服。我們本著「人一世  物一世」的心態，所以豁出去的叫了一支小小的 Rosé 來配我們這個優美的 Brunch。老實說我非常喜歡它那較傳統的烹調手法，不像其他星級餐廳，加入太多亞洲 fusion 原素，可能我們對那種味道太熟悉，所以較難取悅我們的心。它的鵝肝倆吃非常出色，完全帶出不一樣的口感，真是各有各特式，為了減低鵝肝膩的感覺，它配了用酒醃製的無花果來調和。牛肉 Tartare 一直是我的至愛，所以甚有寄望，它把 7 種配料混在嫩滑的手切和牛中，入口鮮味無比，而且層次豐富。另外主菜鴨扒煎蛋也不俗，鴨肉煎至香脆，而用來配鴨蛋的那片 crispy pastry 簡直是一絕，蘸上蛋黃汁，香味四散!!  總括來說，雖然這餐價錢不菲，但美食加上靚景，絕對值得一試。 &#160; &#160; &#160; Two Course Fixed Price Menu (2 份) Foie Gras Two Ways classic pressed terrine with caramelized fig and Banyuls wine, poached roulade with coffee, &#8230; </p><p><a class="more-link block-button" href="http://www.360taste.com/blog/?p=2301">Continue reading &#187;</a>]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[【Eataly】意大利高級複合式 Food Market，集「食材」&#38;「餐飲」於一身的大型超市，其生意概念亦成功進駐了日本(4 間) 及 美國 (2 間: 紐約 &#38; 今秋開幕的芝加哥)。今次紐約之旅當然要將『它』放進必去行程中&#8230; &#160; 我們星期六大約中午時段到達位於 Madison Sq Park (Flatiron District) 附近的 【Eataly】，當時裡面已經人山人海。它真的名不虛傳&#8230;  佔地 5萬平方呎，內有 咖啡、甜品、品酒、買菜等區域，而每個「食材專區」都設有主題餐廳。大部份產品都是來自意大利的，小至香料、果醬 &#38; 餅乾，大至芝士 &#38; 酒類飲品等，五花八門，令我們有點目不暇給的感覺&#8230;.  這裡絕對是全球最大的意大利「食材」專門店。場內更設有烹飪教授中心，不定期舉辦各類活動，如：美食鑒賞、品酒課程、名廚烹飪班&#8230;等。 &#160; 【Eataly】內的所有餐廳都是以 《We Sell what We Cook‧We Cook what We Sell 》為宗旨！ 既然來到，我們當然要試試意大利出名的火腿 &#38; 芝士&#8230;   那自家製 Mozzarella 是待應生的誠意推介，芝士的濃郁芳香，加上柔滑軟綿，而不失彈性的質感&#8230;. 真正可以高呼一聲 &#8220;Mamma Mia&#8221;~      跟著我們再轉去 Pasta 專店試試它的「Tagliatelle」&#8230;.. 麵條有嚼勁之餘，亦有少少蛋香味，而且還滲出淡淡麵粉的香味，醬汁&#38;肉的比例都OK，雖然醬汁尚未能把每條麵條均勻地包著，但味道都不俗。 &#160; 可能是週末的原因，所有餐廳都有長長的人龍，因此當選定想試那家時，請先向餐廳登記，大部份等候時間是大約 30 ~ 45 &#8230; </p><p><a class="more-link block-button" href="http://www.360taste.com/blog/?p=2123">Continue reading &#187;</a>]]></description>

<p>我們星期六大約中午時段到達位於 Madison Sq Park (Flatiron District) 附近的 【Eataly】，當時裡面已經人山人海。它真的名不虛傳&#8230;  佔地 5萬平方呎，內有 咖啡、甜品、品酒、買菜等區域，而每個「食材專區」都設有主題餐廳。大部份產品都是來自意大利的，小至香料、果醬 &amp; 餅乾，大至芝士 &amp; 酒類飲品等，五花八門，令我們有點目不暇給的感覺&#8230;.  這裡絕對是全球最大的意大利「食材」專門店。場內更設有烹飪教授中心，不定期舉辦各類活動，如：美食鑒賞、品酒課程、名廚烹飪班&#8230;等。</p>

<p>【Eataly】內的所有餐廳都是以 <strong>《We Sell what We Cook‧We Cook what We Sell 》</strong>為宗旨！</p>
<p>既然來到，我們當然要試試意大利出名的火腿 &amp; 芝士&#8230;   那自家製 Mozzarella 是待應生的誠意推介，芝士的濃郁芳香，加上柔滑軟綿，而不失彈性的質感&#8230;. 真正可以高呼一聲 <strong><em>&#8220;Mamma Mia&#8221;</em></strong>~      跟著我們再轉去 Pasta 專店試試它的「Tagliatelle」&#8230;.. 麵條有嚼勁之餘，亦有少少蛋香味，而且還滲出淡淡麵粉的香味，醬汁&amp;肉的比例都OK，雖然醬汁尚未能把每條麵條均勻地包著，但味道都不俗。</p>

<p>可能是週末的原因，所有餐廳都有長長的人龍，因此當選定想試那家時，請先向餐廳登記，大部份等候時間是大約 30 ~ 45 mins。如有座位時，它們會發 SMS 通知食客的。總括來說，我蠻喜歡【Eataly】的經營模式，一站式服務，完全覆蓋食客的需求&#8230;..   希望不久將來『它』會在多倫多開設分店啦~</p>

<p>我們當日選了「Tastes of Spring」~ 3 course&#8230;.  一如以往的高級餐廳，它們會先送上不同款式的麵包，然後再奉上 3 款少少的頭盤作序幕&#8230;&#8230;..  跟著便是我們所點的每人三道菜，份量十足，但眼寬肚窄 &amp; 貪心的我們堅持再 order 多一份以 Citrus 為主的甜品!!  餐後，侍應再端上「自家製棉花糖」&amp;「Petit Four」 作終結&#8230;.. <em><strong>通常法國餐不管你有沒有點甜品，它們都會飯後端出 Petite Four 的</strong></em>。</p>

<p>總括來說，Jean-Georges 是一餐加進入了亞洲烹調原素的法式 Fusion 菜。可能對大部份的外國人來說驚喜會較大，但對我們熟悉亞洲口味的人來說&#8230; 卻沒有那麼震撼。當然它的菜式創意設計 &amp; 味道都是上乘之作&#8230;. 絕對藉得一試!!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>三文魚生蠔他他: </strong> 一般的 Tartar 菜式, 都會加入生蛋攪拌來吃，務求提高肉質的濕潤度，不口會有太乾的感覺。但可能最近 H7N9 禽流感的關係，所以餐廳棄用蛋&#8230; 取而代之選用了生蠔。這個配搭頗為新鮮，而且生蠔黏黏滑滑的口感，絕對可以營造到蛋所產生的效果。</p>
<p><strong>海膽脆包: </strong> 海膽加上柚子汁，一路以來都是絕配，這次再加了脆脆的包作底，增加了不同層次的口感&#8230;. Very Good!!</p>
<p><strong>「自家製棉花糖」:</strong>  鬆軟中略帶嚼勁，帶著 Vanilla 的芬芳，而且還感受到磨碎後那微細一粒粒的 Vanilla Bean&#8230;.. 真是越簡單的菜式越顯真功夫。</p>
