		<description><![CDATA[當「日式拉麵」&#38;「居酒屋」市場競爭熾熱的時候，又有一款日式口味靜俏俏的入侵多倫多&#8230;. 「烏冬專門店」。位於 Yonge &#38; St Clair 的 Bushi Udon 標榜用本地食材製作出自家鳥冬。它的大門有一搶眼的【節】字紅布簾作招引，店內地方雖然狹窄，座位密集，但勝在不用排長龍等候&#8230;. 星期五下班後7:30到達亦不用等候。 &#160; 通常烏冬的材料主要是以小麥、水 &#38; 鹽混合做成麵糰。Bushi 主要是提供「粗烏冬」，一般來說，大家都認為烏冬的口感是軟軟腍腍，用筷子一夾就斷，但其實正宗的「烏冬」應該是較結實兼有彈性，有點像意大利粉般，外表軟滑，內裡有韌勁 (心較硬)。 Bushi 絕對能做出這種效果，另為突出烏冬的麥香味，它用簡單的木魚湯配少許葱花作湯底。 相對來說，我比較喜歡Bushi的熱湯烏冬，凍烏冬味道則有點寡。當晚其中一位朋友點了較濃味的咖喱烏冬，湯底香稠，微辣不刺激，每一條烏冬都能沾上咖喱香，而那牛肉應該是預先調味，然後才放入咖喱汁煮&#8230; 味道算是OK~    另外，Bushi 都提供了不少小吃，味道不過不失。燒烤的菜式卻有點偏油 &#38; 偏咸。魚生尚算新鮮，而且頗大一塊。總括來說，麵的份量略少，如果不額外多點小吃的話，真的不夠飽。 &#160; 最後重頭戲是&#8230;. 「楓葉糖漿烏冬雪糕」!!  我們一行人就是衝著它而來的。這甜品的烏冬是用黃豆做的 (而不是小麥)，所以吃的時候能嚐到淡淡的黃豆味 &#38; 咸味 (因在製作時有加入少許鹽)。這個算是噱頭菜式，但肯定不是我杯茶，我還是老老實實的吃傳統湯烏冬&#8230; 哈哈~   Ooooo 不得不提，那「黑糖咖啡 Jelly」反而有點驚喜。微苦的 Jelly，帶有少少杏仁味，很清爽&#8230;.. 但其實不知何解，它的杏仁味會比另一甜品的杏仁味還要?! &#160; &#160; &#160; 地址:  節 Bushi Udon Kappo @ 1404 Yonge St, Toronyo (http://bushiudon.com/) 人平均消費:  CAD 15.00 ~ &#8230; </p><p><a class="more-link block-button" href="http://www.360taste.com/blog/?p=2199">Continue reading &#187;</a>]]></description>

<p><strong>Milk &amp; Dark Cholocates: </strong> 結帳時會送上2 款朱古力. 其中濃度十足嘅黑朱古力, 加埋海鹽吊味, 令咸苦味相互淡化調和. 從而使得界於咸與苦之間的香味更加容易感受到.</p>
