<p><strong>【會席料理】簡介</strong></p>
<p><em>發源於十七世紀的江戶時代，是當時武士在宴客時所用的料理。江戶初期以後，由於承平近三百年之久，身為政權核心的武士偃武習文下，因此在與他人聚會時，暢談的內容也多為賦古吟詩，這種風雅的主題聚會，自然不能沒有美酒、美食，這種宴樂形式，進而演變成稱之為「會席」的獨特宴客料理。會席料理不像本膳料理般的注重禮儀形式，吃法也較自由，以輕鬆的方式來享受食物的美味，可謂是會席料理最大特點。因此凡是不受形式規定約束的宴席料理，現今在日本都稱為會席料理。</em></p>

		<description><![CDATA[前陣子在微博看到介紹，一間位於Woodbridge市的日本餐館~『小金井』，所以急不及待與朋友們前去試試。 &#160; 餐廳位於一商廈Ground Floor，如果沒有預先查看地圖，真的很容易看漏眼。一進門口便有一大大魚缸放了很多不同新鮮海產，而且旁邊更放著一個燒爐，心想這家的海鮮燒烤一定有過人之處。往內繼續走，便看到很多居酒屋式的紅燈籠沿著窗邊高高掛，而另一邊則是 Sushi Bar。當晚其中一位壽司師父有點像以前『金田村』的&#8230; 怪不得連名字亦有點相似。 &#160; 打開餐牌看到很多不同的爐端燒魚或較特別的魚生推介，當然它並不是正宗的「爐端燒」。因為正宗的那種，師傅必需備好護膝和洪亮嗓子，因他們一整夜都要跪在爐子前，用長柄大木槳遞食物。還要大聲吆喝，和壽司店裏的師父不茍言笑的文化大相徑庭。 當晚第一時間點那道「燒活鰻魚」，其實大家都是衝著這道菜來，可惜當晚已售罄&#8230; woo woo~~ 下次一定會先打電話預訂。取而代之，我們點了燒Toro吞拿魚腩，價錢非常合理，一份才 CAD 9.95，我們一行四人，每人都有2~3大片。我相信那Toro應不是Sashimi級數的，但用來做燒烤食材，絕對卓卓有餘。另外，它的象拔蚌亦是首選推介，一客倆食 (刺身/煮湯)。其實大部份點選的食物都水準不錯，那些平常較貴的食物，它的標價都OK&#8230;&#8230;  反之它的特色卷物價錢則偏貴 (CAD 13 &#8211; 17)，而且那蛋壽司&#38;甜蝦壽司則有點失色。 其實餐廳已經連續4年榮獲 Vaughan Citizen Reader&#8217;s Choice Award Winner，真是臥虎藏龍。 &#160; 牛肉刺身:  薄薄的牛肉片，配著生蘿蔔蓉&#38;洋蔥絲，牛味雖不算很重，但入口綿軟，全無半點羶味，但價錢當然與味道成正比吧！ 象拔蚌刺身: 肉身色澤光亮濕潤，不得不讚師父的刀功，因為不同的切法也展現出不同的質感，切成條狀的爽脆鮮甜，片狀吃來較柔軟。再蘸上特製醬汁(可能是用柚子調配)&#8230; 超正!! 比目魚刺身:  相比象拔蚌刺身有點失色，肉質欠光澤及較乾，味道一般，幸好那酸酸甜甜的醬汁把味道提昇不少，不然真的會大失所望。 燒Toro吞拿魚腩:  燒到4-5成熟，不會破壞魚腩本身質感，入口即溶，肥美油潤，油香味充滿口腔。 可以稱得上海產中的「鵝肝」。 PC Roll:  有點像 Philadelphia Roll，用芝士、美乃滋&#8230;等高熱量配料做成。非常香&#38;惹味&#8230; 如果要減肥的朋友就要糾結一下。 &#160; &#160; 地址:  小金井 Koganei Japanese Seafood Restaurant @ 3901 Hwy &#8230; </p><p><a class="more-link block-button" href="http://www.360taste.com/blog/?p=891">Continue reading &#187;</a>]]></description>

<p>當晚點選菜式如下:</p>
<p><strong>Today&#8217;s Bite</strong><strong>是日精選：</strong>天天不同&#8230; 當晚是 &#8220;波菜配鮑魚&#8221; 加 &#8220;漬鯖魚&#8221;，味道一般，沒有太大驚喜~</p>
<p><strong>Ika </strong><strong>炸魷魚：</strong>外面包著類似天婦羅的脆漿，配以 Tosazu 汁(土佐酢)，香脆加上甜中帶微酸，而內裡的魷魚還能保持爽口不韌，令人忍不住多吃幾口！！</p>
<p><strong>Sashimi Platter </strong><strong>魚生盤</strong><strong> ($50)</strong><strong>：</strong>全晚亮點！！內有龍蝦、野生三文魚、Hamachi、紅鯛、鮟鱇肝、Toro.. etc。魚生非常鮮味，龍蝦肉彈牙&#8230; 唯一敗筆是切Toro的刀功， 師父沒有好好處理它的筋，令本來入口即化，兼肥美的Toro失色不少~   剩下的龍蝦頭 &amp; 鉗會用來煮 Miso 湯&#8230;. 味道亦相當鮮味。</p>
<p><strong>Saba Oshizushi </strong><strong>鯖魚箱壽司</strong><strong> &amp; Aburi</strong><strong>火炙壽司精選：</strong>水準之作，沒太大驚喜。唯鯖魚箱壽司份量較多(6pcs)，如果只有1 ~ 2人吃的話，會很容易飽, 而且味道比較單調。</p>
<p><strong>Roll Cake ：</strong>巧克力瑞士卷配南瓜忌廉，甜味適中，蛋糕鬆軟並帶有淡淡的巧克力香味，而南瓜的清新香甜，減低了巧克力的膩，倆者是Perfect Match~</p>
<p><strong>Matcha Puff </strong><strong>綠茶泡夫：</strong>泡夫焗得挺身，入口鬆軟，外層帶點脆，而且有淡淡綠茶香。另外, 千萬不要被那一大堆奶油嚇倒，它其實很滑，口味亦很較淡，可能是用脫脂奶再加上奶黃製作而成，所以一點也不甜,，而且亦不膩。它絕對是愛Cream的我的首選！！</p>
