		<description><![CDATA[常常外出晚膳, 為身體著想, 當場想找一些少油, 少鹽及少味精的餐館用膳. 前陣子, 在朋友的介紹下, 到了一間標榜&#8221;零&#8221;味精的小炒餐館試試.  當天晚上我們一行14人, 訂了一桌私房菜, 份量十足, 味道不俗, 而且價錢OK!!  我們訂座時, 先說出要求: 1) 不吃牛肉 &#8230; 因同行當中, 有人不吃; 3) 清淡點, 不要太濃味; 2) 想吃龍蝦 &#38; 日本南瓜西米露; 4) 每位 CAD 25 (含稅 &#38; 小費) &#160; 當晚的菜式絕對帶給我們驚喜.  鑊氣十足, 味道不錯&#8230; 雖算不上頂級, 但却有令人想多吃幾口的衝動&#8230; 而且更有一種家的感覺!!   可能它少油, 少鹽 &#38; 零味精的關係, 所以亦同時少了外出用餐&#8221;膩&#8221;&#8230; 完全是吃得健康的感覺. &#160; 布袋雞炖湯:  即 &#8220;豬肚炖雞湯&#8221;&#8230;. 將雞放在豬肚內, 加入胡椒及一些藥材炖. 湯清而味道香濃.  每人一碗暖暖肚, 為胃部熱熱身. 海鮮石榴球: &#8230; </p><p><a class="more-link block-button" href="http://www.360taste.com/blog/?p=381">Continue reading &#187;</a>]]></description>

<p><strong>布袋雞炖湯:</strong>  即 &#8220;豬肚炖雞湯&#8221;&#8230;. 將雞放在豬肚內, 加入胡椒及一些藥材炖. 湯清而味道香濃.  每人一碗暖暖肚, 為胃部熱熱身.</p>
<p><strong>海鮮石榴球:</strong> 用蛋白做成的薄薄外皮, 包著切碎了的海鮮粒, 芹菜粒&amp; 紅蘿蔔粒, 然後蒸熟.  味道清淡, 但不失鮮味.</p>
<p><strong>白玉藏珍: </strong> 白玉是指&#8221;冬瓜&#8221;, 內藏著的 &#8220;珍&#8221; 是素菜&#8230; 如多種菇菌類, 竹笙,黃耳&#8230;等. 一拼炆煮而成.  冬瓜片炆煮後變軟清甜, 菇菌類味本清淡, 但以蠔油芡汁帶出菇菌的鮮味. 最突是那爽口的竹笙, 跟軟滑的菇類成了對比, 增加了菜式的層次感.</p>
<p><strong>日本南瓜西米露:</strong>  將南瓜纖維隔去, 入口香滑, 有南瓜味, 但不太甜.</p>
