<p><strong>Alla Leonardo 白酒海鮮意粉:</strong>  意粉應該是用爆香了的蒜蓉，再加上橄欖油輕炒過，所以特別乾身。而且白酒份量適中，不會蓋過意粉及海鮮的味道&#8230; 最重要是再加上少許檸檬汁，令意粉帶有淡淡檸檬香，減低平常白酒汁帶來 &#8220;膩&#8221; 的感覺。</p>

<p>食物方面, 它主攻海鮮, 其實有點類似地中海菜系 , 以燒烤為主.  服務員在點菜前拿出一盤是 &#8220;日推介海鮮&#8221;, 並細心解釋每款魚的產原地, 味道特性&amp;煮法, 以方便食客點用.  此做法跟 Yorkvill 的 Joso&#8217;s 類似.  當 Order 頭盤時, 服務員亦會問您是否 Share 食, 他們會在上菜前預先分好, 每人一份.  當天晚上, 我們叫了倆款頭盤 (烤沙甸魚&amp; 魷魚), 然後 3 個人分享 (圖中為一人份)  另外, 它的餐前麵包亦不馬虎, 橄欖油非常香, 以及甜的黑橄欖是從摩洛哥入口的.  可能Order了原條燒魚, 所以隨餐送了份Goat Cheese 配 天然蜜糖 &amp; 朱古力糖漿, 味道亦非常清新.  總括來說, Chiado 在各方面的水準都頗高.</p>

<p><strong>燒沙甸魚: </strong>本身沙甸魚是葡國菜中不可或缺的菜式.  通常沙甸魚的季節是夏天, 那時沙甸魚的肉可媲美吞拿魚.  Chiado嚴選沙甸魚, 絕對不是一般罐頭食品貨式. 這度菜, 外表焦香, 內裡細嫩, 味道非常甘香. 沒有太多骨, 而且沒有一般沙甸魚的腥味.</p>
<p><strong>燒魷魚: </strong>魷魚燒得頗香也不韌, 配以橄欖油, 傳統歐洲菜的煮法.</p>
<p><strong>燒魚:</strong>  倆款不同的魚種 (海鱸魚&amp;紅鯛), 同樣做到魚皮燒至略帶焦香, 但內裡魚肉却能同時保持鮮嫩而不失彈性.  入口絕對能感受到 Juicy 的魚鮮味&#8230;.. 由此可見廚師擁有純熟的控火功力!!  而且魚的大小份量剛剛好一人份.</p>
<p><strong>Molotof:</strong> 蛋白加點選.忌廉組成, 一個好light的甜品, 並不太甜, 非常滑, 像吃 Foam (泡沫) 一般, 很好吃. 絕對適合飯後吃的甜點.</p>
