		<description><![CDATA[每次【紐約之旅】對我來說都等於【 美食之旅】，所以絕不會放過任何探索美食的機會&#8230;.  今次選定了在各大媒體都評價甚高的法式餐廳 ~ The River Café。它佔絕佳地理位置，貌似岸邊小屋，但實為「船屋」，位於 Brooklyn 橋下，從餐廳內遙望 Manhattan 的 skyline 真的很美&#8230; 而且餐廳門前種了很多色彩繽紛的鮮花，尤如一個小花園，另人心情不知不覺間放鬆。 &#160; 我們倆星期前已經網上訂位，但可能是 Sunday Brunch 的關係，我們只能訂到14:00入座。到達時，全餐廳都坐滿了人，服務生安置我們在坐窗邊附近的位置，微微的陽光射入，非常和暖舒服。我們本著「人一世  物一世」的心態，所以豁出去的叫了一支小小的 Rosé 來配我們這個優美的 Brunch。老實說我非常喜歡它那較傳統的烹調手法，不像其他星級餐廳，加入太多亞洲 fusion 原素，可能我們對那種味道太熟悉，所以較難取悅我們的心。它的鵝肝倆吃非常出色，完全帶出不一樣的口感，真是各有各特式，為了減低鵝肝膩的感覺，它配了用酒醃製的無花果來調和。牛肉 Tartare 一直是我的至愛，所以甚有寄望，它把 7 種配料混在嫩滑的手切和牛中，入口鮮味無比，而且層次豐富。另外主菜鴨扒煎蛋也不俗，鴨肉煎至香脆，而用來配鴨蛋的那片 crispy pastry 簡直是一絕，蘸上蛋黃汁，香味四散!!  總括來說，雖然這餐價錢不菲，但美食加上靚景，絕對值得一試。 &#160; &#160; &#160; Two Course Fixed Price Menu (2 份) Foie Gras Two Ways classic pressed terrine with caramelized fig and Banyuls wine, poached roulade with coffee, &#8230; </p><p><a class="more-link block-button" href="http://www.360taste.com/blog/?p=2301">Continue reading &#187;</a>]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[週末早上到 ROM 花了倆個多小時參觀了『紫垣擷珍』清文化展後，當然要在附近 Yorkvill 區覓食補充體力啦!!  在網上搜索一輪後，最後決定試試 Jacques Bistro Du Parc。選它的原因非常簡單，因為它在區內已經有 36 年歷史，而且在各大飲食傳媒中口碑甚高。老實說，餐廳小店能在這個競爭激烈 &#38; 汰弱留強的時代，還能迄立不倒真是不容易。它位於 Cumberland St 上小屋二樓的法式小餐廳，地方很少，只能容納 20 ~ 30人，所以最好預先訂座。它是夫婦二人家庭式經營，服務生大多數說法文，但他們也會用充滿法式口音的英語與你對話，有點像到了Montreal 的感覺。 &#160; 我們點了它出名的 Omeletes，三款不同餡料，雖然賣相相約，但味道截然不同。龍蝦 Omelete 啖啖新鮮龍蝦肉，絕不欺場，芝士份量適中，不會感得太膩。另外雞肝醬蘑菇 Omelete 惹味，它倆配搭簡直是 Perfect Match，這是在一般餐廳較少有的菜式。最後新鮮煙肉蘑菇洋蔥 Omeletes，新鮮煙肉份量十足，也十分好味，唯一問題是略油了一點點。主角 Omelete 火喉控制剛剛好，奶 &#38; 雞蛋份量又恰到好處，非常嫩滑。其實餐廳另一出名菜式是「法式洋蔥湯」，雖然我們沒有 Order (怕吃不下那麼多)，但看到鄰座的也不禁口水出，厚厚的芝士蓋面，內裡超多洋蔥，香味濃郁四散，相信味道應該不錯的&#8230;.  唯有下次去再點吧~ &#160; &#160; 地址:  Jacques Bistro Du Parc @ 2nd Fl, 126 Cumberland St, Toronto ON (www.jacquesbistro.com) 人均消費:  &#8230; </p><p><a class="more-link block-button" href="http://www.360taste.com/blog/?p=3418">Continue reading &#187;</a>]]></description>
				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>週末早上到 ROM 花了倆個多小時參觀了『紫垣擷珍』清文化展後，當然要在附近 Yorkvill 區覓食補充體力啦!!  在網上搜索一輪後，最後決定試試 Jacques Bistro Du Parc。選它的原因非常簡單，因為它在區內已經有 36 年歷史，而且在各大飲食傳媒中口碑甚高。老實說，餐廳小店能在這個競爭激烈 &amp; 汰弱留強的時代，還能迄立不倒真是不容易。它位於 Cumberland St 上小屋二樓的法式小餐廳，地方很少，只能容納 20 ~ 30人，所以最好預先訂座。它是夫婦二人家庭式經營，服務生大多數說法文，但他們也會用充滿法式口音的英語與你對話，有點像到了Montreal 的感覺。</p>

<p>我們點了它出名的 Omeletes，三款不同餡料，雖然賣相相約，但味道截然不同。龍蝦 Omelete 啖啖新鮮龍蝦肉，絕不欺場，芝士份量適中，不會感得太膩。另外雞肝醬蘑菇 Omelete 惹味，它倆配搭簡直是 Perfect Match，這是在一般餐廳較少有的菜式。最後新鮮煙肉蘑菇洋蔥 Omeletes，新鮮煙肉份量十足，也十分好味，唯一問題是略油了一點點。主角 Omelete 火喉控制剛剛好，奶 &amp; 雞蛋份量又恰到好處，非常嫩滑。其實餐廳另一出名菜式是「法式洋蔥湯」，雖然我們沒有 Order (怕吃不下那麼多)，但看到鄰座的也不禁口水出，厚厚的芝士蓋面，內裡超多洋蔥，香味濃郁四散，相信味道應該不錯的&#8230;.  唯有下次去再點吧~</p>

<p>總括來說，Jean-Georges 是一餐加進入了亞洲烹調原素的法式 Fusion 菜。可能對大部份的外國人來說驚喜會較大，但對我們熟悉亞洲口味的人來說&#8230; 卻沒有那麼震撼。當然它的菜式創意設計 &amp; 味道都是上乘之作&#8230;. 絕對藉得一試!!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>三文魚生蠔他他: </strong> 一般的 Tartar 菜式, 都會加入生蛋攪拌來吃，務求提高肉質的濕潤度，不口會有太乾的感覺。但可能最近 H7N9 禽流感的關係，所以餐廳棄用蛋&#8230; 取而代之選用了生蠔。這個配搭頗為新鮮，而且生蠔黏黏滑滑的口感，絕對可以營造到蛋所產生的效果。</p>
<p><strong>海膽脆包: </strong> 海膽加上柚子汁，一路以來都是絕配，這次再加了脆脆的包作底，增加了不同層次的口感&#8230;. Very Good!!</p>
<p><strong>「自家製棉花糖」:</strong>  鬆軟中略帶嚼勁，帶著 Vanilla 的芬芳，而且還感受到磨碎後那微細一粒粒的 Vanilla Bean&#8230;.. 真是越簡單的菜式越顯真功夫。</p>
