		<description><![CDATA[標榜「沖繩Style」的 Ryoji 拉麵居酒屋，終於在小意大利區開店了。Ryoji 在沖繩那邊頗有名聲，是一間裝潢欠奉，充滿大眾飯堂Feel 的拉麵店。相對多倫多分店的裝潢則有點不同，它利用鏡子增加空間感，但可能樓底不夠高，所以令人容易產生頭暈的感覺。另外店內放了很多沖繩「除魔」吉祥物 シーサー (Shi-sa) 作裝飾。 &#160; 食物方面，一如其他拉麵館般，拉麵味道較濃及油份頗重，我個人覺得OK，但如大家覺得之前那幾家拉麵館的拉麵都非常咸的話，那麼這家的亦不用特意去試了。它的沖繩特色菜蠻不錯，尤其是那道自家製豆腐 (Ji-Ma-Mi)，黏黏滑滑的，有點像年糕豆腐混合體，內裡花生味濃郁，蘸上特製醬油，非常開胃。另外，涼瓜豬腩肉炒蛋 (Goya Champru) 亦不俗，涼瓜薄薄幼幼，能保持脆身微甘的口感，與蛋的比例配合不錯，加上豬油香味，令人回味，反而那豬腩肉本身並不是特別出色。 &#160; &#160; 地址: Ryoji Ramen &#38; Izakaya @ 690 College St, Toronto ON 人均消費: CAD 20 ~ 35 &#160;]]></description>
