Continue reading »]]> 由名廚 Brad Long 開的 Cafe Belong，以有本地機食材烹調簡單菜式。食物鮮味，卻不花巧，但上枱時亦不失驚喜感! Menu 會因季節改變。 另餐廳位於 Evergreen Brickworks 公園內，置身大自然，享受美食，令視覺&味覺雙重Relax。 當晚選食以肉類為主嘅Communal餐 – 五道菜，主廚親自創作不時不吃的菜式。一直唔喜歡 Salad 的我，都愛上它的Salad Medley。

Salad Medley

1) Chopped Salad: Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Roasted Pepper with Minted Buttermilk Dressing

2) Albacore Tuna Ceviche: w/ Fried Chickpeas & Pickeled Rhubarb

3) St Lawrence Salad: Greens, Grains, Nuts, Fruit and Cheese w/ Browned Butter Vinaigrette

Desert Medley:

1) Heirloom Carrot & Apple Cake: with Carrot Cream & Candy & Fresh Cheese Mousse

2) The Chocolate Mason: Brittle Dust, Ginger Gelee & Cream

3) Peanut Tart
