<p><strong>【會席料理】簡介</strong></p>
<p><em>發源於十七世紀的江戶時代，是當時武士在宴客時所用的料理。江戶初期以後，由於承平近三百年之久，身為政權核心的武士偃武習文下，因此在與他人聚會時，暢談的內容也多為賦古吟詩，這種風雅的主題聚會，自然不能沒有美酒、美食，這種宴樂形式，進而演變成稱之為「會席」的獨特宴客料理。會席料理不像本膳料理般的注重禮儀形式，吃法也較自由，以輕鬆的方式來享受食物的美味，可謂是會席料理最大特點。因此凡是不受形式規定約束的宴席料理，現今在日本都稱為會席料理。</em></p>

<p><strong>Momofuku 招牌湯面:</strong> 湯底看似是醬油加上韓國辛辣醬(有點像泡菜慕絲Kimchi Mousse)，但吃上去一點也不辣，味道一般。而它的豬腩肉 &amp; 豬肘肉也不見突出，相對其它的競爭對手亦只可說是不過不失雞~   唯一做得比較好的是它的溫泉蛋，但我還是比較喜歡 Kenzo 的溏心蛋。</p>
<p><strong>煙燻雞翼 (Smoked Chicken Wings):</strong>   一個在家亦能烹調出的味道，像是蒜蓉蜜糖雞翼，沒有任何驚喜。而且可能地方比較寬曠, 所以上菜時熱騰騰的食物很快變涼。</p>
<p><strong>烤年糕 (Roasted Rice Cake):</strong>  外脆內軟，加上韓式辣醬。起初吃時有點惹味， 可惜很快便覺得有點單調~</p>

<p>總結來說，當晚的拉麵可稱為&#8221;非一般傳統拉麵&#8221;，它附有強烈的 Fusion 風，可能是為了迎合西方人口味所致。而我還是比較偏愛傳統口味，不花巧，所以喜歡與否&#8230; 絕對是見人見智!!</p>
