		<description><![CDATA[朋友生日小聚，想吃較正宗的日本串燒，但又不想到 Downtown&#8230;&#8230; 所以馬上想起 J-Twon 裡專營炭火燒 (Sumibiyaki) 的 Izakaya Ju!!    近倆年，日式居酒屋一間接一間的在多倫多開張，貪新鮮四處覓食的我，已有一段時間沒有到 Ju 了~   今次再來時，發現它的 Menu 多了不少新菜式。 &#160; Ju 的炭火串燒功力是不容置疑，相對很多競爭者，它的出品算是非常穩定!!  除了串燒之外，它的熟食亦相當不俗，尤其那大人小孩都喜愛的 Osaka 炒飯 &#38; 雞翼餃子!!  而當天最令我驚喜的是那原隻 Surf Clam 魚生片 (蛤蜊 / 北寄貝)。 &#160; 雞翼餃子:  將雞翼拔走骨頭後，在內裡真空位置釀入豬肉、九菜 &#38; 白菜等餡料。雞皮表面香脆，沒有過多的油份，內裡 Juicy&#8230;. 而且絕對適合懶處理骨頭的朋友!! 大板炒飯:  飯身乾爽，加入玉米粒、蔥粒、魷魚粒 &#38; 蛋等配料&#8230;. 然後再加上燒醬汁&#38;日式美奶滋 (Mayonnaise)，香味十足。每次光顧的必點菜式之一!! 		<description><![CDATA[近倆年日式「居酒屋」&#38;「拉麵館」在多倫多密密開張，令愛吃日本菜的朋友多了很多選擇!!  一直以來，我是非常欣賞「正宗日式串燒館」，可惜多倫多缺乏此類型的餐食店，所以每逢去日本或回港時，務必安排一頓日式串燒飯局過過癮~    後來 Ju Izakaya &#38; Don Don Izakaya 開了後，終於可以在多倫多吃到較好質素的串燒&#8230;.  可惜它們的串燒種類並不多!!  最近發現在 Downtown  又多了一間以「日式炭燒串燒」為主打的食店，當然第一時間去試試。 &#160; Zakkushi on Carlton 是集團式經營的食店，它在溫哥華已有3家分店。它位於 Cabbagetown 附近，門外有幾個大大的紅燈籠，用來吸引途人。店內裝潢以深色的木器為主，感覺較為簡樸 &#38; Warm。因地方不大，所以它那木箱般的坐椅，可化作貯物箱，方便食客放置手袋或大衣，設計窩心。 &#160; Zakkushi 的串燒是用日本備長炭 (Binchōtan) 來燒烤。這種炭，炭質堅硬，火力特別強，可保留肉汁之餘亦不易令食物燒乾。炭燒出來的食物，充滿了炭香，非常惹味，而且不需要太多調味，一般來說用海鹽已經足夠。它的 Menu 提供了40 多款不同口味的串燒，因個人口味之故，當晚大部份點選的串燒都是以海鹽味為主。另外，可能很久沒有吃串燒的原故，或它的口味真的不錯，所以和2位友人們瘋狂地吃，每人的食量暴昇至平常的倆倍以上&#8230; 哈哈~   不得不提，它的燒鰻魚串，雖然價錢不菲，但我們還是忍不住地多叫了幾客。串燒以外的食物都不俗，值得一試。 &#160; 炸雞軟骨:  脆而不油膩，但不夠香，個人覺得 Ju 的較好吃。 Premium Set:  可試到不同種類的串燒，但相對來說，單點的份量較大，而且質素較好。 燒雞翅膀:  燒至皮香肉嫩的水平，仍能保存肉汁。務求更容易熟透，它先把雞翅膀切開才燒&#8230; 這樣亦令食客更易進食。 燒鰻魚:  全晚的亮點!!  鰻魚肥美甘香，肉厚兼嫩滑而不失彈性，表面帶點微脆及炭燒的焦香味，另加上味道香濃醬汁&#8230; Oishii~~    真的有點像在日本旅遊時吃到的那些。 燒魷魚:   這一直是我最愛的菜式，通常光顧任何菜系餐廳都成為必點之選，尤其是在試新餐廳的情況下。就日式燒魷魚來說，我比較偏向「薑汁」而不是「Teriyaki 汁」，貪它味道較清淡。Zakkushi 的魷魚是採用 Teriyaki 汁，魷魚外表焦香，內裡還能保持濕潤，只是略嫌醬汁味道濃了一點。 燒豬腩肉(P-Toro):  薄薄一片，脆脆的，充滿陣陣焦香味，完全令您忘記那肥羔的存在，一點也沒有膩的感覺。 &#8230; </p><p><a class="more-link block-button" href="http://www.360taste.com/blog/?p=1744">Continue reading &#187;</a>]]></description>

<p>Zakkushi on Carlton 是集團式經營的食店，它在溫哥華已有3家分店。它位於 Cabbagetown 附近，門外有幾個大大的紅燈籠，用來吸引途人。店內裝潢以深色的木器為主，感覺較為簡樸 &amp; Warm。因地方不大，所以它那木箱般的坐椅，可化作貯物箱，方便食客放置手袋或大衣，設計窩心。</p>

<p>Zakkushi 的串燒是用日本備長炭 (Binchōtan) 來燒烤。這種炭，炭質堅硬，火力特別強，可保留肉汁之餘亦不易令食物燒乾。炭燒出來的食物，充滿了炭香，非常惹味，而且不需要太多調味，一般來說用海鹽已經足夠。它的 Menu 提供了40 多款不同口味的串燒，因個人口味之故，當晚大部份點選的串燒都是以海鹽味為主。另外，可能很久沒有吃串燒的原故，或它的口味真的不錯，所以和2位友人們瘋狂地吃，每人的食量暴昇至平常的倆倍以上&#8230; 哈哈~   不得不提，它的燒鰻魚串，雖然價錢不菲，但我們還是忍不住地多叫了幾客。串燒以外的食物都不俗，值得一試。</p>

<p><strong>炸雞軟骨:</strong>  脆而不油膩，但不夠香，個人覺得 Ju 的較好吃。</p>
<p><strong>Premium Set:</strong>  可試到不同種類的串燒，但相對來說，單點的份量較大，而且質素較好。</p>
<p><strong>燒雞翅膀:</strong>  燒至皮香肉嫩的水平，仍能保存肉汁。務求更容易熟透，它先把雞翅膀切開才燒&#8230; 這樣亦令食客更易進食。</p>
<p><strong>燒鰻魚:</strong>  全晚的亮點!!  鰻魚肥美甘香，肉厚兼嫩滑而不失彈性，表面帶點微脆及炭燒的焦香味，另加上味道香濃醬汁&#8230; Oishii~~    真的有點像在日本旅遊時吃到的那些。</p>
<p><strong>燒魷魚: </strong>  這一直是我最愛的菜式，通常光顧任何菜系餐廳都成為必點之選，尤其是在試新餐廳的情況下。就日式燒魷魚來說，我比較偏向「薑汁」而不是「Teriyaki 汁」，貪它味道較清淡。Zakkushi 的魷魚是採用 Teriyaki 汁，魷魚外表焦香，內裡還能保持濕潤，只是略嫌醬汁味道濃了一點。</p>
<p><strong>燒豬腩肉(P-Toro): </strong> 薄薄一片，脆脆的，充滿陣陣焦香味，完全令您忘記那肥羔的存在，一點也沒有膩的感覺。</p>
<p><strong>燒雞腎:</strong>  大小適中，口感爽爽脆脆的，內裡 Juicy。</p>
<p><strong>Wasabi 雞串:</strong>  雞肉太乾身，而 Wasabi 味亦不突出</p>
<p><strong>Corn Cream Croquette: </strong> 炸至外脆內軟，但餡料不夠香滑，所以我較喜歡 Don Don 的 招牌 Black Croquette。</p>
<p><strong>關東煮 (Oden):</strong>  非常入味，湯底清甜，而且款式不少&#8230; 藉得一試~</p>
<p><strong>檸蜜特飲:</strong>  沒有檸檬味的蜜糖水，毫無特色&#8230;.  可以 Skip!!</p>
