<p>其實除了 &#8220;吃&#8221; &amp; &#8220;喝&#8221; 之外，餐廳還顧及客人的 &#8220;玩&#8221; 和 &#8220;樂&#8221;&#8230;..   現場整晚播著 Country Music，如果想點播心水歌曲的話，便可以在那超大部的 TouchTunes 點選，當然要錢的，No Free Lunch！  本來我們一行人打算過來玩刺激的「瘋牛」遊戲，挑戰一下耐力，但可惜當天是 Weekend，10:00pm 後只有 Live Band 表演。所以我們要 Mon - Wed 再來玩過。雖然我們剛到的時候，只有寥寥幾人，但 8:00 後人越來越多，加上強勁的音樂聲，頗難與朋友交談。這個包含 &#8220;吃&#8221;、&#8221;喝&#8221;、&#8221;玩&#8221; &amp; &#8220;樂&#8221; 的地方，真的越夜越有魅力。</p>

<p>總括來說，以 Paul Bohmer 的入廚經驗，我對他的 Expectation 當然會相應提高&#8230; 所以之他的出品來說&#8230;.水準算是一般，沒有帶來太大驚喜，而價錢則略嫌有點貴&#8230;  但勝在環境佈置我蠻喜歡，所以絕對會重臨!!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[有沒有想像過，進入了餐廳，打開 Menu 後只發現一堆當時得令的「主材料」及「配料」名稱，卻沒有一個明確菜式名?!   Menu 上共有四橫行，而每一橫行內有三款不同食材，食客要在每一橫行內挑選一種，然後廚師會跟據食客的選擇而精心炮製屬於「他」的菜式，這就是 Yours Truly 獨特之處！因此很多人慕名而至，試試那種「驚喜無盡」的菜式~  &#160; 經過我那班愛吃的朋友推薦後，我決定大膽試一下它的《Carte Blanche Menu》 《Carte Blanche Menu》其實是 Tasting Menu，大約有 15 ~ 20 道菜，而每道菜的份量大約只是「一口」。它可算是款式較多，而價錢不算開天殺價的那種~    當然因菜式頗多，所以省卻了「自選材料」的一環。 這十多廿款菜中，太部份是走 Fusion 風，以亞洲口味為重，所以對外籍人仕來說驚喜會來得較大&#8230;&#8230;   相反，對我們來說則好壞參半。朋友說比較之下，他喜歡 Regular Menu 所帶來的驚喜多於這個 Tasting Menu。 &#160; 當晚我比較喜歡那配搭新鮮的「茉莉生蠔」，因為太部份 Fusion 菜都是用柚子汁配生蠔，很少會用中國茶作配搭&#8230;.. 幽幽的茉莉茶香，把那海水味蓋著，味道清新。而 「Salmon Tartar」 配 Cream Cheese 亦不俗，再用紫菜包著吃，有點像日式居酒屋的菜式。另外，用「鰹魚湯煮溫泉蛋」，烹調時間火喉拿揑得剛剛好，蛋白是生的，而蛋黃卻是熟的，再加上鰹魚湯的鮮味&#8230; Oishii~   相比之下，我不太欣賞的是那「南瓜檸檬草湯」，東南亞風味較重，有點像喝咖哩的感覺。「炸魚皮」 &#38; 「炸 Smelt」則太普通，雖然能做到不油膩，但相信很多華人食肆能做出更佳味道。 最後的甜品亦非常有誠意，一個擁有米香清淡雪糕，加一個 西柚Sorbet w/ Panna Cotta Custard 清新，倆者都不甜不膩，絕對時飯後佳品!! &#160; &#8230; </p><p><a class="more-link block-button" href="http://www.360taste.com/blog/?p=1960">Continue reading &#187;</a>]]></description>

<p>當晚我比較喜歡那配搭新鮮的「茉莉生蠔」，因為太部份 Fusion 菜都是用柚子汁配生蠔，很少會用中國茶作配搭&#8230;.. 幽幽的茉莉茶香，把那海水味蓋著，味道清新。而 「Salmon Tartar」 配 Cream Cheese 亦不俗，再用紫菜包著吃，有點像日式居酒屋的菜式。另外，用「鰹魚湯煮溫泉蛋」，烹調時間火喉拿揑得剛剛好，蛋白是生的，而蛋黃卻是熟的，再加上鰹魚湯的鮮味&#8230; Oishii~  </p>
<p>相比之下，我不太欣賞的是那「南瓜檸檬草湯」，東南亞風味較重，有點像喝咖哩的感覺。「炸魚皮」 &amp; 「炸 Smelt」則太普通，雖然能做到不油膩，但相信很多華人食肆能做出更佳味道。</p>
<p>最後的甜品亦非常有誠意，一個擁有米香清淡雪糕，加一個 西柚Sorbet w/ Panna Cotta Custard 清新，倆者都不甜不膩，絕對時飯後佳品!!</p>

<p><strong>當晚菜單</strong></p>
<p><strong>Buttermilk Biscuits:</strong>  鬆餅暖暖的，充滿牛油香，而且餅身鬆軟&#8230; Yummy~</p>
<p><strong>Kozlik&#8217;s Sweet &amp; Smokey Mustard Glazed Bacon Salad:</strong>  上菜時看到煙肉厚厚硬硬的，心想這次牙齒定必受罪&#8230;. 但當用刀切下去時才發現它一點也不硬，而且表面甜甜的，有點像豬肉乾，很惹味開胃。</p>
<p><strong>Grilled Flank Steak with Black Pepper Mushroom Gravy: </strong> 肉中間呈粉紅色, 賣相吸引, 吃下去有點乾韌, 可能是一燒好便馬上切開分件，令肉汁流失封乾，不過肉味還算濃。盤中有很多混了蘑菇的肉汁，用來配薯蓉&#8230;. 很捧!!</p>
<p><strong>Canadian Artisanal Cheese:</strong>  芝士有點辣, 而且本身不太喜歡吃芝士&#8230;. for sure this is not my cup of tea。</p>
